Why Agenor
Every tool in this space secures, enforces, or scans agents. None of them can objectively verify the thing they also run. Agenor is the disinterested third party: read-only, off your request path, producing signed evidence you can hand a customer, an auditor, or your board. You can't grade your own homework; you can't audit a vendor that's also enforcing.
